Domestic Orders and Shipping

Domestic orders where "First-Class Letter" is selected will be shipped in a plain white envelope if the order total is less than $20. Otherwise, all domestic shipping types will be shipped in a padded bubble mailer and will include a tracking number. For purchases of sealed product, the shipping and billing address must match exactly and you must list a valid phone number with the order. All orders over $200 will be sent with signature confirmation.

 

International Payment and Shipping

To protect both ourselves and customers from any fraudulent activity, all international payments must be made through PayPal. If you'd like to pay via a credit or debit card that was not issued in the U.S., you must process the card through Paypal rather than directly through our site. If you attempt to process the card directly the order will be refunded and cancelled within the first 24 hours of placement. We will invite you to replace the order selecting PayPal as your payment option. We will not ship sealed product to any international destination.

 

International Buyers – Please Note:


Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Preorders

All preorders placed with MTGCardMarket.com will be shipped within five days of the release date of the product, barring extraordinary circumstances. If an order contains both preorder and non preorder items, the non-preorder items will not be shipped until after the release date unless the customer specifically asks otherwise and pays any extra shipping costs. If you wish to cancel a preorder, you must request the cancellation within the first 48 hours of placement. Otherwise, the order will be shipped upon the product release date.

 

Card Condition

Our grading guide is based on our subjective evaluation of the cards as follows:

NM/Mint -- The card is pack fresh, if not close to it. Cards at this condition level may have one or two very minor nicks on the edges, but nothing that would be immediately obvious upon seeing the card.

Light Play -- The card may have more nicks, light scratches on the front or back, and/or very light shuffle creasing. Foils may have some clouding. 

Moderate Play -- The card may have moderate shuffle creases extending past the card border and considerably more wear on the edges, faces, and corners.

Heavy Play -- The card will show major face, edge and corner wear. It may have significant shuffle creases.

Damaged -- Though the card may appear to be in better condition than Heavily Played cards, there will be some major defect. The card may be inked, or it may have large creases or binder dings. Damaged cards may not be sleeve playable in only one sleeve, but cards that are on the borderline of being sleeve playable will only appear as "damaged".

 

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of your order at any point before it is shipped. Because we cannot accept returns for Magic singles, you may not cancel an order after it has been shipped unless the order was for sealed product. We can only accept cancellations on preorders within 48 hours of when the order is placed.

 

Return Policy

-Singles Policy-

Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns on any Magic singles. However, if you have received item(s) that you did not order, or item(s) that do not match the ordered condition, simply contact us by emailing support@mtgcardmarket.com within 48 hours of receiving your items and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution. Once you are given approval for any return, please return the merchandise in the same condition and method in which it was sent to the following address:

We will then exchange the item(s) and resend the correct item(s) to the original shipping address. In the event that we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price listed on the invoice. In these cases, we will also refund all reasonable shipping charges associated with the return.

 

-Sealed Product, Supplies, and Apparel Policy-

We do accept returns and exchanges on sealed product, supplies, and apparel. Please contact us at support@mtgcardmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your request is approved. Once your request is approved, ship the item(s) back to us in the same condition and method in which it was sent to you at the following address:

We can only accept returns for unopened and unused items. We will issue a refund, minus the cost of reasonable shipping, once we receive the return and inspect the condition of the items in question.
